Good afternoon! We have wrapped up a very successful fall season and are working diligently on two very big fundraisers for our organization— Pancake Breakfast (Saturday, December 14, 2019) and Casino Night (Saturday, February 1, 2020). To ensure we are successfully able to make our deposit payments and continue to work on things at the field, we need to collect pancake breakfast ticket money from all the players that played fall ball as soon as possible. This also avoids us having to deal with a lot of money at the actual event as well.

As a reminder, all of the boys that played fall baseball were given 20 tickets to sell ($5 per ticket) at the end of the fall baseball season. We were also very fortunate to have several football players offer to sell tickets for us as well! For that, we are very appreciative.

The fundraising is imperative to help offset the cost of fall baseball as well as begin preparations for the spring season by ordering hats, jerseys, etc. Hard to believe, but there are definitely upcoming due dates for expenses for spring.

If you are attending the booster club meeting tonight, Liz Fix or Kathleen Johnson can take a payment or you can send payment by Venmo (@WBBaseball). Again, the request was that each player that participated in fall baseball sell 20 tickets.
