Our very first 2025 Platter Night is quickly approaching in just 3 short weeks! We will be hosting Hidden Valley, which always brings a decent crowd!
I have changed up how platter nights will operate this year as far as food goes. This will ensure we have enough food for the Varsity game, but will also ensure that food is fresh! You will see two sign up links, one for the JV game and one for the Varsity game. You do not have to be a JV parent/guardian to bring for JV or a Varsity parent/guardian to bring for the Varsity game. Sign ups consist of mac and cheese, salad/pasta, beans/veggie and desserts.
For those of you are who new to the program, platter nights are nights that we sell a full dinner for one low price! The platters consist of hamburger or hotdog, 2 sides, 1 dessert AND a drink for ONLY $10! The cheapest dinner out in town! And I have to admit, we have some pretty awesome cooks in the Byrd Baseball Program.
Please see the sign ups below. If you are a middle school parent/guardian who would like to cook/bring food, I am always willing to meet you for a drop off/pick up.
I cannot wait to see (and try!) all the yummy, delicious sides and desserts! Warning, to ensure all food is safe, I have to taste test every single item. (kidding, mostly!)
